Program Questions

Common questions about how the program works, eligibility, and what to expect.

How long does each program stage take?

We’re with you for the long haul. Program stages are milestone-based rather than time-based. Progress depends on your starting point, available time, and specific business needs. We prioritize meaningful progress over arbitrary timelines.

Do I need to complete all three stages?
No. You can enter the program at the stage that matches your current business needs and exit when you've achieved your goals. Some entrepreneurs complete all three stages, while others focus on specific stages based on where they need the most support.
What's the time commitment required?

Expect to dedicate 8-12 hours per month, including mentor sessions, workshops, and independent work on your business. The program is designed for working entrepreneurs who are building their business alongside other commitments.

How are mentors matched to entrepreneurs?

We match mentors based on your industry, business stage, specific challenges, and learning style. Our goal is to connect you with someone who has relevant experience and can provide practical guidance tailored to your situation.

Can I participate if I'm still working full-time?

Yes. Many EAP participants are working full-time while building their businesses. The program is structured to accommodate entrepreneurs at different commitment levels, with flexible scheduling and asynchronous work options.

What happens after I complete the program?

You'll have ongoing access to the EAP team, continued mentor relationships, and invitations to advanced workshops and events. Many participants also return as mentors or guest speakers to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
